Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course:

Learn Advanced Coaching Techniques & Strategies to Enhance Athletic Performance

The Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course progresses participants theoretical knowledge and coaching skills developed on the Phase 1 Course. Phase 2 is the second part of the National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) Course and the final phase to becoming a certified Strength & Conditioning coach. Coaches will receive advanced practical sessions focused on Movement Compensation Screening (MCS), linear speed, Olympic lifting, energy systems development (ESD), and regeneration. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of coaching cues, advanced session design and periodisation strategies.

Course Duration: 4 Days (Fast Track is 3 Days)

The Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course is delivered over four days, however, we also deliver a three day (fast track) option.
